2.2 Limitations: SpotSnatch does not guarantee the availability of reservations or the accuracy of the information provided. The availability of reservations is subject to the restaurant's policies and other factors beyond SpotSnatch's control.
3. Intellectual Property:
3.1 SpotSnatch Ownership: SpotSnatch and its associated content, including but not limited to the website, logo, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of SpotSnatch and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of SpotSnatch without our prior written consent.
3.2 User Content: By submitting any content through SpotSnatch, you grant SpotSnatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting SpotSnatch's services.
